7 Day Reps — Privacy Policy

The whole policy in one sentence
7 Day Reps collects no data: everything you record stays in the app on your device, and nothing is ever sent anywhere.
What the app stores
Your workout plans, logged sets, notes, favourites, settings, and the optional bodyweight you enter are saved in a local database on your device. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and the app makes no network connections. The developer cannot see your data.
Apple Health (optional)
If you turn on Health sync, the app writes your finished sessions to Apple Health as strength-training workouts, optionally with an estimated calorie figure computed from the bodyweight you entered and the session length. This is write-only: the app never reads anything from Apple Health. You can turn sync off at any time, and "Wipe Health history" removes every sample the app wrote. Health data is governed by Apple's own privacy protections on your device.
Backups and exports
EXPORT LOGS creates a file on your device that you choose where to send via the iOS share sheet. Sharing that file is entirely under your control. Your data is also included in device backups you make (iCloud or computer), which are governed by Apple's terms.
Sharing a workout
When you share a workout as a file or a QR code, it carries only what you chose to share: the workout's name, exercises, sets and reps, its tags and, only if you typed one, an author name. Your weights, notes, station numbers and logged history never leave the phone.
A shared QR code is a link to 7dayreps.app with the workout packed into the link itself. If the person who opens it has the app, their iPhone opens the app directly and this website is never contacted. If they don't, their browser loads the link from this website, which shows the workout in their browser. The website keeps no logs, sets no cookies, runs no analytics or ads, stores nothing, and tells the browser not to pass the link on to other sites.
This website
7dayreps.app is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the requests your browser makes in order to deliver the pages (see Cloudflare's own privacy policy). The site itself collects nothing.
Deleting your data
Use "Wipe phone logs" in the app, or delete the app — everything it stored goes with it. If you synced workouts to Apple Health, "Wipe Health history" removes those too.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Since the app makes no network calls, any future change could only ever be about what is stored on your device.
